Well, looking around for tutorials it seems we always run into code written by bad programmers or just plain newbie programmers who have come up with a solution, but do not quite have the correct or more efficient solution.

So, our goal is to make tutorials not just easy to find, but also well-written and formatted and including the necessary information to help new and seasoned programmers implement the tutorials with ease.

Of course, we only approve good tutorials and edit them to make them concise with the rest of the submissions. The credit for the work always goes to the actual programmer who submits the tutorial.  

The bad tutorials, we will try to adjust them and improve them, but if they're not good enough, we will have to deny the tutorial and request a programmer resubmit it.
